Nick Foles to be replaced with Marcus Mariota?

According to "NFL sources" speculate that Chip Kelly will try and move up to take the highly touted Oregon QB Marcus Mariota if he declares for the 2015 NFL draft. (SportsWorldReport.com)
Fantasy Impact:
While Foles is coming off a season shortened by injury, and blemished by ineffectiveness the odds of the Eagles trading into the high part of the first round are slim to none. Foles is in the final year of his contract, and while there is a near zero chance that the Eagles will draft Marcus Mariota, there is a much better chance of the Eagles deciding to bring in a QB in the early rounds of the draft.
