Fantasy Impact:
Pettis being listed as the starter is what the fantasy world wanted to see because he could become Jimmy G's favorite target, who is not named George Kittle. The risk is that Pettis has not lived up to the coaching staff's expecations. His coaches even went so far as to challenge Pettis to 'earn a spot.' Now that his spot is secure, for the moment, he makes for a great high-upside receiver that has WR2 potential and immediate flex value. Pettis is likely owned in leagues with more than 10 teams, but currently he is available in 26-percent of ESPN leagues.
