RG III named starting QB by Jay Gruden

The Washington Redskins have ended their quarterback competition, as coach Jay Gruden told reporters at the combine on Wednesday that Robert Griffin III would be the starting passer next season. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Not surprising, considering what the team gave up to acquire him back in 2012. The only other quarterback on the roster is Kirk Cousins, who took over for Griffin in Week 2 of last season after Griffin hurt his ankle. In nine games in 2014, Griffin completed 68.7 percent of his passes for 1,694 yards, four touchdowns, six picks, and a QB rating of 86.9.
