Browns signing Brian Hartline

The Browns are going to sign free agent wide receiver Brian Hartline according to CBS Cleveland radio personality Dustin Fox. (Dustin Fox on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hartline will instantly become the Browns' number one receiver, but he still isn't much more than a low-end WR3 for fantasy purposes. He will likely draw more targets than he did in Miami but will also be less efficient with them.
