Charles Clay still a target of Bills

Despite having the transition tag on him, Charles Clay is expected to have the Buffalo Bills chase after him. The Dolphins have the option to match any deal that is offered but could be in a tough situation if the Bills choose to front load the deal. (Sun Sentinel )
Fantasy Impact:
If Clay departs the Dolphins will still have Dion Sims who could fit into the role with better blocking than Clay could offer. However Clay offers more athleticism than Sims. Clay is likely to retain low end TE1 value regardless of location.
