Percy Harvin visits Buffalo

Fantasy Impact:
It seems that Buffalo is serious about upgrading the talent at their skill positions this offseason. It wouldn't be a great spot for Harvin to rack up fantasy value, as Matt Cassell and E.J. Manuel are sketchy options at best, and he'd have to content with the heavily targeted Sammy Watkins as well. Dynasty managers, and Harvin fans should hope he ends up somewhere like New England.
