Ryan Mathews hasn't signed contract

While Ryan Mathews has an agreement in place with the Eagles to become their running back, Geoff Mosher of CSN Philly reports the contract hasn't been signed. (Geoff Mosher on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mathews is currently in Philadelphia, and he's likely waiting for a resolution to the DeMarco Murray meetings, also occurring today, before signing his new deal. If Mathews joins as the feature back for the Eagles his fantasy value would significantly increase, assuming he can remain healthy. But if Murray also signs Mathews would instantly take a backseat to the NFL's 2014 leading rusher.
