Fantasy Impact:
Cameron's fantasy numbers have been streaky, as he's suffered from concussion issues and inconsistent quarterback performances over the past two seasons. Cleveland has yet to decide who will be throwing to Cameron, but he should still reside in the mid-to-low TE1 discussion based on potential alone.
