Charles Clay finally signs offer sheet

Clay has reportedly signed the Bills offer sheet for a five year deal worth 38 million with 20 million guaranteed. The Dolphins now will get to decide whether they want to match the offer or allow Clay to walk away. (PFT)
Fantasy Impact:
Clay would be added to an offense with some weapons, however the QB position is a big question mark. If allowed to leave Clay would remain a low end TE1 will a chance to surprise if he can get decent QB help.
