DeSean Jackson hitting 23 MPH in offseason workouts

According to the speed coach for Eagles WR DeSean Jackson, the veteran receiver has been clocked at 23 MPH at 80% in offseason workouts. (John Clark on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jackson clocked in at 21.4 MPH in the one game he played in 2019. The fastest time clocked last year was over 22 MPH, by both Tyreek Hill and Matt Breida. Jackson has been told by trainers and coaches he could come back from core muscle surgery stronger than ever. The 13-year veteran is poised for a bounce-back 2020 season. If healthy, Jackson should be able to produce WR3 numbers with the potential to finish as a WR2.
