Jay Gruden wants RGIII gone?

According to ESPN reporter John Keim, Robert Griffin III would be gone if the decision was solely up to coach Jay Gruden. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Owner Dan Snyder has the final say so, and he seems to want Griffin around for another year. The only way Griffin would not be a Redskin in 2015 is if Snyder agreed to trade him, but the team would likely only trade him if they got a passer in return. On top of that, Gruden would have to convince Snyder that the team should get rid of Griffin in the first place. That alone would be difficult and unlikely. Expect Griffin to enter training camp as the team's starter.
