Tom Coughlin hopes to have Victor Cruz by training camp

Tom Coughlin in a press conference says he does not know when Cruz will be back but hopes to have him by training camp. Coughlin also added, “Victor looks really good, he’s starting to run, I was in the field house watching him rehab, he’s coming along well.†(Giants.com)
Fantasy Impact:
All indications point to Cruz being available by the start of training camp. If Cruz can manage to fully participate in camp with no set backs, he could be a strong sleeper in fantasy drafts. The fear of the unknown will push Cruz into the later rounds, but he can provide high value and upside if healthy.
