Stevan Ridley signs with New York Jets

Free agent running back Stevan Ridley has agreed terms with the New York Jets. He'll now join the team's backfield, which also features Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell, as well as linking up with former New England Patriots teammate Darrelle Revis. (Pro Football Talk)
Fantasy Impact:
It is likely that Ridley will sit behind Ivory in the pecking order at MetLife Stadium, as he returns from a torn ACL which cut his 2014 short. At the moment, his fantasy value doesn't seem all that promising, but he has proven in the past that he can exceed 1,000 yards and ten touchdowns. It's unlikely he'll do that wearing green and white, but keep an eye on Ridley to see the role he plays in Chan Gailey's offense this year.
