Kai Forbath signs restricted FA tender to return to Washington

Fantasy Impact:
The tender was given to him last month, but Forbath finally caved in and signed the deal. This season will be his fourth in Washington. He beat out rookie Zach Hocker in the preseason and nailed 24 of his 27 field goals (.888) last season.
