No felony charges for Dallas RB Joseph Randle

by Matt Muller | Wed, Apr 29th 1:06pm EDT

Kansas prosecutors say there is not sufficient evidence to bring felony charges against Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle after a domestic disturbance. The case may still be referred by police to the city prosecutor's office for potential misdemeanor charges. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Randle can't stay out of trouble and his fantasy value, as well as his status with the team, is questionable at best. He was DeMarco Murray's handcuff last year, and since Murray's departure, Darren McFadden has been signed to the team, and it's been widely speculated that the Cowboys could make a move to acquire another RB, whether that be trading for someone like Adrian Peterson, or taking one in the draft. Randle's fantasy value remains unclear, and for now he's at best a committee RB, or a backup. At worst, a lengthy NFL suspension could follow, possibly ending his tenure with the Cowboys.
