Fantasy Impact:
Joe Flacco is gaining targets by the round in the 2015 NFL draft. Maxx Williams was selected in the 2nd round at the 55th overall pick. Williams is a TE with a NFL pedigree and has the raw ability to be successful with the Ravens. He is a late round dynasty league pick and would be a deep sleeper in standard fantasy leagues.
