Dolphins want Suh to help younger players

The Miami Dolphins feel that Ndamukong Suh could have a very positive impact on the younger players in the locker room. Primarily, they want Suh to take Jordan Phillips under his wing to aid the talented but sometimes unmotivated DT. So far, Suh has missed most of the voluntary team activities as he did in Detroit. Fantasy Impact:
The Dolphins don't seem to mind, seeing as Suh managed to show up in great shape for the mandatory activities in Detroit despite working by himself. However, they appear to want Suh to be prepared to be an immediate leader on the defense. Regardless, Suh should have a major impact on his new team, and without a doubt give his teammates plenty of one-on-one matchups.
