Carson Palmer not participating in 11-on-11 drills

Carson Palmer continues to sit out 11-on-11 drills during Cardinals OTA's, but is participating in 7-on-7 action. When asked about Palmer's health, Bruce Arians stated “I’ve watched him run all over this place for the last month,†Arians said. “That part doesn’t bother me at all.†(azcardinals.com)
Fantasy Impact:
The fact that Palmer is up and moving is good news for the Cardinals, as they need to get 16 games out of the 35 year old QB if they want to have any chance in the competitive NFC West. Palmer is the 128th ranked player per FantasyPros consensus at this time, and the 20th ranked QB. He's got high-end QB2 upside for 2015, but comes with a great deal of risk.
