Better weapon: Great line (Cowboys) or talented backs (Eagles)?

In typical Jerry Jones fashion, the Cowboys owner and GM has declared that Dallas will have a better running game in 2015 because they have a better offensive line. Chip Kelly did not address the Eagles' offensive line needs; however, when healthy, the aging unit has performed well together. (Bob Brookover via Philly.com)
Fantasy Impact:
With the release of Todd Herremans and a holdout by disgruntled Pro Bowl guard Evan Mathis, the makeup of Philly's line is currently in limbo. Regardless, Chip added DeMarco Murray after trading LeSean McCoy because he felt Murray was a better scheme fit. OTAS and training camp will give us a clearer picture of how Coach Kelly intendeds to use Murray as well as Ryan Matthews and Darren Sproles. If the line comes together, Murray can be a force is Philly's offense
