Browns sign Terrelle Pryor

The Cleveland Browns have been awarded Terrelle Pryor off of waivers after he was set free by the Bengals. Pryor will compete for a roster spot not as a quarterback, but as a wide receiver. (ESPN Cleveland)
Fantasy Impact:
Pryor has given up the dream of being an NFL quarterback and will attempt to put his athleticism to use as a wide receiver. The Browns still do not have a gamebreaker at the position, but it remains to be seen if Pryor can actually play receiver at this level. Current offensive coordinator John DeFilippo was Pryor's quarterback coach in Oakland in 2013.
