Cowboys believe Dez Bryant has money issues

by John Muguerza | Fri, Jul 3rd 12:31pm EDT

The Dallas Cowboys believe that Dez Bryant is bluffing about missing games, due to having money issues. The Cowboys and Bryant have until July 15 to sign a long term contract or else Bryant will be forced to sit out or play this season on a 1 year / $12.8 million deal. For every game Bryant misses it will cost him $750,000 per game. (profootballtalk.nbcsports.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Whether Dez Bryant plays on the franchise tag or on a long term deal he will still be no worse than a 2nd round pick in most drafts. The only thing that can drastically change Bryant's draft stock is if he misses most/all of training camp or games. Bryant has 41 regular season receiving TDs in the last three years, his current ADP is 9th overall according to fantasypros.com
