Percy Harvin excited to play on the outside

Bills new head coach Rex Ryan says he expects Harvin to produce on the outside instead of the slot or backfield. In his first two seasons, the Vikings gave Harvin a fairly big role in the offense. Since then he's become a jack-of-all-trades/gadget type player. Harvin seems to believe he'll flourish in a return to a traditional receiving option in Buffalo. (CBS)
Fantasy Impact:
Harvin will have to fight for targets with Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, Charles Clay, LeSean McCoy, and Fred Jackson. However, if Rex truly wants to get Harvin heavily involved in the offense, he possesses the high-upside coveted in a mid-late round draft choice.
