Joique Bell to start camp on PUP list

Detroit Lions RB Joique Bell will start training camp on the team's physically unable to perform list. Bell continues to recover from injuries that required surgery this offseason. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
It's a bit strange that the injuries have yet to be specifically named, as Bell missed the entire offseason due to the operation. Despite Reggie Bush departing, Bell has to battle rookie Ameer Abdullah for carries. It's still to be determined if Bell will be ready for the start of the season, but he's being taken as the No. 25 RB based on ADP at this point. It's certainly a situation to monitor.
