Roy Helu back practicing

Roy Helu is finally back practicing. Adam Caplan mentioned on Sunday that Helu did not play in the Raiders second preseason game because of a hamstring injury. (Scott Bair on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Now that Helu is practicing, hopefully we get a better gauge on how Bill Musgrave plans to utilize him. Will he take over third-down duties? Helu could be a good sleeper if that's the case, and the value of Latavius Murray would take a slight dip.
