Tom Brady wins appeal against NFL, has suspension lifted

According to the New York Times, in a major setback for the N.F.L., Brady prevailed in his battle to have his four-game suspension overturned Thursday, as a federal judge reversed a ruling by Commissioner Roger Goodell to suspend Brady in a dispute over underinflated balls he used in a January championship game. Fantasy Impact:
Unless the NFL seeks an injunction, Brady will play in the Patriots’ season opener on September 10th against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have a very suspect defense, and Brady is an excellent play in daily leagues. As for season long leagues, Brady should now be drafted as the 5th or 6th quarterback off the board. This news also directly impacts all Patriots' offensive players and increases their fantasy value starting in Week 1.
