DeAngelo Williams to start in place of Bell

Le'Veon Bell is suspended for the first two games of the 2015 season, which means that Bell's fantasy owners need to find a replacement. Williams has looked solid in training camp and preseason games behind the healthy Steelers offensive line.
Fantasy Impact:
DeAngelo Williams is the perfect guy to go pick up off of the waiver wire to fill in for Bell in his two game absence. His value beyond that will be minimal because Bell is an every down back.
