Matt Simms signed to Falcons practice squad

Matt Simms was claimed off waivers from the Bills and signed to the Falcons practice squad on Monday. (AtlantaFalcons.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Simms looked terrible in preseason action for the Bills. At 6-3, 210 pounds, Simms was originally signed by the New York Jets as a college free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft out of Tennessee. Simms has appeared in four career games, completing 19 of 39 pass attempts for 195 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He has no fantasy value.
