Darren McFadden 'likely starter' versus Giants

Clarence Hill believes Darren McFadden is the "likely starter" against the Giants on Sunday night. Hill has been covering the Cowboys since 1997, and may be as plugged into the team as anyone. (Clarence Hill on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
In the crowded Dallas backfield it was already excepted that McFadden would play a significant role in the run game. Now it appears that McFadden may have overtaken Randle as the projected starter, making him the early nominee for "steal of the draft." However McFadden's talent isn't as big of a question when compared to his ability to stay health, as McFadden has missed 29 games in his six year NFL career. If McFadden can stay healthy and keep the starting RB job he could very well have a career year running behind the leagues best offensive line. But until some clarity comes forth on how the Cowboys plan to use their stable of RBs, it may be best to steer clear of the unpredictable Dallas backfield.
