Cardinals tight end Jermaine Gresham's inclusion in the lineup on Sunday is still up in the air, with Cardinals coach Bruce Arians declaring the former Bengal a game-time decision. (Adam Green on Twitter)

Gresham has been more involved in practise as the week has progressed, but even if he makes the lineup he's likely to find himself behind Daniel Fells...that rarity in Arizona, a tight end who's not been injured.
