DeAndre Hopkins grabs two touchdowns in opener

by Alex Haeussler | Titans Correspondent | Sun, Sep 13th 5:03pm EDT

DeAndre Hopkins had a strong outing in the Texans opener against the Chiefs. He hauled in 9 of his 13 targets for 98 yards and two touchdowns. He also secured a two-point conversion in the 4th quarter as well.

Fantasy Impact:

DeAndre Hopkins who was thought to be a borderline WR1/WR2 going into the year proved his worth in this outing. He had a slow start with Hoyer at quarterback but when Mallett came into the game became a target monster. Look for Hopkins to build off his strong debut regardless of who starts at quarterback in Week 2.
