Victor Cruz out again

The Giants made Victor Cruz's Week 2 absence official, declaring him out for their contest against the Falcons. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
It's still TBD when Cruz will return. He will attempt to make his season debut Week 3. In his absence, Rueben Randle and Preston Parker will see more targets, with Odell Beckham Jr. getting his normal lion's share of looks. TE Larry Donnell could also benefit from Cruz's absence, though he only had four targets in Week 1 against the Cowboys.
