Confirming reports from early Sunday morning, Bears WR Alshon Jeffery is inactive for the team's Week 2 game against the Cardinals. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The thought process here is to rest the star wideout so that he is back to full health for Week 3. This isn't good news for Jay Cutler owners, and it could negatively impact the run game, aka Matt Forte. Eddie Royal and Martellus Bennett should see increased targets.
