Fantasy Impact:
T.Y. Hilton is still not 100% but he continues to improve everyday as the Colts get ready to face the Titans this Sunday. He is still WR1 quality receiver and he is a must start if you have him. Look for him to have a much better game this week against a much weaker Titans secondary.
