Jarius Wright expected to miss a game or two with hand injury

by Kevin C. Wilson | Thu, Oct 1st 11:00am EDT

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jarius Wright was held out of practice on Wednesday because of a hand injury and NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports that he is expected to miss a game or two. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Wright has been used as the slot receiver for the Vikings so far this season and has five catches for 72 yards in the first three games. Wright already had little fantasy value and this injury makes him even more irrelevant. Hopefully his absence will result in more targets for fellow receivers Mike Wallace and Charles Johnson, who have both been relatively disappointing so far this season.
