WR Alshon Jeffery out against Raiders

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) will not play against the Oakland Raiders in Week 4. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jeffery was able to practice on a limited basis this week, but the winless Bears are taking every precaution with their star receiver. He has a better chance of suiting up next week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
