QB Drew Brees (shoulder) expects to play

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees confirmed that he expects to be active and starting against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This was the expectation all week long. If you have Brees you have to start him, but the machup isn't a favorable one as he goes against a DAL defense that has allowed only three passing touchdowns so far this season.
