Cecil Shorts dislocates shoulder in Texans loss

Cecil Shorts hauled in six passes for 87 yards and a touchdown. He also fumbled the ball on the second last play of the game. To add insult to injury he also dislocated his shoulder on the play. (Adam Caplan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cecil Shorts was having a solid game, largely aided by garbage time receptions. Although he is likely not on many fantasy rosters, he has been averaging nearly 10 targets per game. His timeline to return should be determined shortly.
