Cecil Shorts ruled out for Week 5

Cecil Shorts has been ruled out for the Texans Week 5 Thursday night match-up against the division rival Indianapolis Colts. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This news was expected as Shorts dislocated his shoulder on the second last play of the game on Sunday against the Falcons. Having said that, he is not expected to miss much time. Shorts is not worth a roster stash at this point.
