Williams did what he could with what he had. Mediocre games will remain the norm and will only have a chance to improve when Romo returns to the field.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams potential for a break out season in the absence of Dez Bryant has been marred by horrible QB play. He is still serviceable, but until Romo returns from injury, his ceiling and floor remain low.
