Alex Smith throws for 251 yards in Chiefs victory

by Brad Richter | Mon, Oct 26th 10:02am EDT

Smith helped lead the Chiefs to a 23-13 win over the Steelers on Sunday. Smith went 21-of-32 for 251 yards with one touchdown pass and no interceptions. Smith threw his lone touchdown pass to Chris Conley from six yards out to seal the game in the fourth quarter.

Fantasy Impact:

Another typical stat line from Smith. Smith continues to be careful with the football working the short passing game. He has not thrown an interception since Week 3 and now holds a 7:3 TD:INT ratio this season through seven games. Smith and Chiefs will travel to London in Week 8 to face the Lions. Smith continues to only be a bye week fill-in or second quarterback in a 2 QB league.
