49ers fear Reggie Bush tore his ACL

Reggie Bush slipped and fell on a concrete ring that surrounds the playing surface in St. Louis, and had to be carted off the field. Preliminary reports are that he tore his ACL & his season, and possibly career, are over. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Brutal. The injury happened nowhere near the field of play. With Carlos Hyde (foot) out for a while and Mike Davis (hand) injured in the game, Kendall Gaskins toted the load for the woeful 49ers. No one in this backfield is worth a look.
