Ronnie Hillman scores twice in his first start of season

by Blake Glosson | Sun, Nov 1st 11:35pm EST

Ronnie Hillman had 19 carries for 60 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos 29-10 victory over the Packers on Sunday night. He also caught one pass for negative five yards.

Fantasy Impact:

After managing just two rushing scores combined through the first six games of the season, the Broncos offense exploded for three rushing TDs on Sunday night (two for Hillman, one for C.J. Anderson) and 160 rushing yards. Hillman earned his first start of the season after outplaying Anderson in every game prior to Sunday night. However, Anderson still got 15 touches and he turned in his first 100-yard rushing performance of the year. Given the productivity of both running backs on Sunday, it's safe to assume Hillman and Anderson will continue to split the workload pretty evenly going forward, regardless of who starts.
