Jacob Tamme explodes in Falcons' loss

Jacob Tamme posted his best game as a Falcon on Sunday as he hauled in 10 catches for 102 yards and a TD in the loss to the Buccaneers. Tamme served as Matt Ryan's safety blanket all game long, and was able to pick up chunks of yardage over the middle of the field all game. Tamme's performance was highlighted by a big seven-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter.
Fantasy Impact:
Tamme was very efficient in this game, and saw a season high 12 targets from QB Matt Ryan. WR Leonard Hankerson missed this game with an injury leaving plenty of targets for the veteran tight end. This is the best game we've seen from Tamme in a long time, so don't expect these type of numbers to continue. He is only worth a roster spot in deeper leagues.
