James Starks is Packers' 'No. 1 back'

In addressing the media Wednesday, head coach Mike McCarthy said that James Starks is the team's No. 1 RB entering Week 10 against the Lions. He said that Starks has earned the opportunity, though the team will stick with a one-two punch at RB. (Packers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is not a huge surprise, but it's interesting to see McCarthy come out and say this. Lacy dealt with an injury Week 9, but he may still be able to suit up against the Lions. Even if he does, based on these comments, it looks like Starks will see a majority of snaps and touches Week 10.
