Ronnie Hillman gets garbage time TD in loss

by Blake Glosson | Sun, Nov 15th 8:19pm EST

Ronnie Hillman had 11 carries for 42 yards and a TD in the Broncos' 29-13 loss against the Chiefs on Sunday. He also had two catches for nine yards.

Fantasy Impact:

For the second straight week, the Broncos found themselves in an early hole and the running game quickly became an afterthought. The good news for Hillman owners: C.J. Anderson was nowhere to be found (he had just two total touches on the day), and Hillman managed to find his way into the endzone in garbage time with Brock Osweiler at the helm. He's a dicey flex play as long as the Broncos offense continues to struggle, but the fact that he dominated the backfield workload was encouraging. The Broncos travel to Chicago next week to face a resurgent Bears team led by a familiar face in HC John Fox.
