Kirk Cousins plays short of expectations against Carolina

Kirk Cousins, coming off a game with a perfect passer rating last week, was unable to come close to a repeat performance in a 44-16 loss to Carolina. Cousins finished 22-30 with 207 yards and one touchdown, turning the ball over three times on an interception and two lost fumbles. He was also sacked five times. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Cousins was not able to get anything going, even in garbage time, as the Panthers' defense held the Redskins' offense in check from start to finish. The Carolina defense has been a huge part of their 10-0 start, but one could have counted on some garbage time production, but to no avail. Washington takes on the Giants next week in what will most likely be a shootout.
