Stevie Johnson has mediocre outing versus KC as Chargers offense sputters

by Paul Alan | Mon, Nov 23rd 3:53pm EST

In the team's first game without both starting wide receivers Keenan Allen (lacerated kidney) and Malcom Floyd (torn labrum), it was expected that Stevie Johnson would be a larger part of the offensive game plan. However, despite leading the team in both targets and receiving yards, his day was a mediocre one at best. The Chargers offense as a whole was sputtering and inconsistent all afternoon. He hauled in 7-of-8 targets for 54 yards. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Stevie Johnson will have yet another potentially big role next week when the Chargers head to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars. He will be a flex-flier in Week 12.
