by Anthony Cervino | Thu, Nov 26th 7:25pm EST

Tony Romo left the game against the Panthers at the end of the third quarter due to a possible injury to his left clavicle and will not return. He finished the day 11-of-21 for 106 yards and three picks in the first half, two of which being returned for touchdowns. (David Helman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Tony Romo's season could be in jeopardy, which is bad news for fantasy owners. In his second game back from his first left clavicle injury suffered in Week 2 against the Eagles, his performance was horrific before leaving the game in the third quarter to receive x-rays for the injured clavicle. Matt Cassel has come in to relieve Romo.
