Demaryius Thomas struggles mightily

by Jack Keenan | Mon, Nov 30th 10:21am EST

The Denver Broncos handed the New England Patriots their first loss of the year Sunday night but it was no thanks to their top play-maker Demaryius Thomas. Thomas finished the game with just one catch for 36 yards off a game high 13 targets. Although his one catch was crucial to Denver's go-ahead touchdown drive, Thomas dropped a number of catchable passes.

Fantasy Impact:

This was clearly a bad night for Thomas as we're not accustomed to seeing such a shallow stat line. Thomas and quarterback Brock Osweiler are clearly still working on their timing and chemistry. The good news for Thomas is that Osweiler is looking his way frequently and relying on him as the top guy. Thomas has too much talent not to bounce back from this outing. Look for Demaryius to have a nice game next week at San Diego.
