Marshawn Lynch(abdomen) returned to practice on Wednesday and is considered "day-to-day" according to Seahawks coach Pete Carroll. (Bob Condotta on Twitter)

Marshawn Lynch returning to practice is a good indication that he would be ready to go against the Panthers. Lynch will face a Carolina defense that finished the regular season ranked 23rd in points allowed to opposing running backs. Lynch ran for 56 yards on 17 carries and scored a touchdown back in bus Week 6 matchup against Carolina. If Lynch plays, he should receive a heavy workload.
